This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of teacher academic competence principal supervision on professional duties teachers mediated by work commitmentThis uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling used proportional random sampling so that sample 122 was obtained. Data were analyzed using path analysis Sobel test help SPSS for Windows software The results showed that: (1) description Academic Competence, Principal Supervision, Work Commitment, Professional Duties Teachers in fairly high category, (2) Competence had an Teachers, (3) Supervision (4) Commitment (5) (6) (7) is Mediator Effect (8) Public Elementary School Kapuas Timur Sub-Districts
